Ingredients

First Mixture (in a bowl)

  • Egg Yolks - 2 separated
  • Sugar - 2 Tablespoon
  • Cornflour - 2 Tablespoon

Second Mixture (In a cooking pot)

  • Liquid Full Cream Milk - 1 Cup
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 Teaspoon

Steps

First Mixture

  1. Separate the egg yolks in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar and cornflour and give it a good mix until it becomes a smooth paste.
  3. Keep it aside.

Second Mixture

  1. In a cooking pot add milk and vanilla extract.
  2. Heat this mixture until warm.
  3. Pour the egg yolk mixture into it.
  4. keep mixing on medium flame till custard forms.
  5. pour it in a bowl and wrap it with plastic wrap.
